Our Founder & Company Chairman, is Colin McCready. After a very successful career in Financial Services in the UK & Spain he has this year decided to take a step back from the day to day operations albeit in addition to his role as Chairman he is also a Technical Director. With a little more time to spare now he indulges his passion for golf and he and his wife Irene are seeing a lot more of the world together.

Appointed as Managing Director of OMM in January 2008, Robert has 16 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Having spent ten years working in various roles with a major UK insurance company, Robert joined OMM in 2001. In 2004, Robert became a Director of the company before being appointed Deputy Managing Director in June 2007. In his spare time Robert enjoys spending time with his two children and working on his Spanish!

Vicki has been with OMM since day one and has seen the company grow from strength to strength. She was appointed a Director in 2004 and is responsible for the Financial Management & Administration of the company and is also very involved with the Marketing Strategy and general running of OMM. Vicki has lived in Spain for over 17 years, and thoroughly enjoys her life here. She dedicates her spare time to her husband & 3 year old daughter.

Mariangeles has been with OMM now for 1 year, after joining to support Andrea in our New Business Administration Team. She is currently also in the last stages of obtaining a degree in Law. She spends a lot of time at the gym and especially enjoys “spinning". She also enjoys travelling and has recently visited Argentina. She is fluent in both English & Spanish.

Yvonne joined OMM in 2005 in the role of PA to our now retired Chairman, Mr Colin McCready. In addition Yvonne uses her skills to support our Deputy MD Robert Seaton and Financial Director Vicki Fagan and also assists with the administration for existing clients. Yvonne is a huge golf fan and dedicates the majority of her spare time to the many beautiful golf courses here on the Coast.

Gilbert looks after our existing clients and is in control of our Annual Review system. He is originally from South Africa and is fluent in English, Spanish & Afrikaans. Gilbert is generally the first point of contact when contacting our head office in Marbella. He is married and enjoys spending his free-time with his 1 year old son. He also enjoys scuba diving and hopes to travel in the future to explore this passion further.

Philippe has been with OMM now for over 7 years. As IT Manager, he ensures all our systems run smoothly and are kept up-to-date, including our cutting-edge CRM software. He is also in charge of OMM's corporate image as well as all graphic design, including advertising, in-house material and OMM publications. In addition, he was responsible for the recent re-design of our new-look website, as well as its continued development.

Originally from Belgium, Philippe has lived on the Coast for the past 26 years and is fluent in four languages. In his spare time, he thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family and is also a well-respected house DJ. Together with his girlfriend, he regularly promotes successful club nights along the Costa del Sol, has presented a radio show on one of the Coast's biggest stations and has recently signed a recording contract with a UK record label.

Andrea joined our New Business Administration team in 2005 after moving to Spain from Portugal. Andrea is originally from the Czech Republic and is fluent in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Czech. Andrea is a great fan of the outdoors and takes advantage of all that Spain has to offer including mountaineering, and even a spot of surfing in Tarifa.
