General Approach
OMM representatives are encouraged to see themselves in the role
of the buyer rather than seller. In other words we help clients buy
the right solution to their particular investment, finance and tax
problems rather than try to sell them something they don’t
need, want or can’t afford.
In order to achieve this we aim to treat clients the way we ourselves
would like to be treated if the roles were reversed and we were
the prospective client rather than the adviser. It is against OMM’s sales philosophy
to make unwarranted or unrealistic claims for the products or
services the company offers and we are obliged to confirm any
recommendations in writing to the client. |
